Yes. AMG Services Ltd obtained its management licence under Section 77 of the Financial Services Act 2007 on 07 February 2022.

We offer a range of management services including company incorporation, administration, compliance services as well as accounting, taxation administration services.
Where is AMG based in Dubai?
AMG is based in the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre.
How must documents be certified?
Documents that are not provided in originals to us need to be certified as true copy. Please note that certification needs to be by a suitable person such as a lawyer, notary, actuary, an accountant, a member of the judiciary, a senior civil servant or any other person holding a recognised professional qualification, director or secretary of a regulated financial institution in Mauritius or in an equivalent jurisdiction. The certifier should sign the copy documents and clearly indicate the following details:
- Full name of certifier
- Professional capacity / position
- Organisation
- Contact details (address and phone number) to aid tracing of certifier
- Date
- Professional stamp, if held
